We are currently looking to appoint for our office in Shenyang a motivated professional in the position of a Lawyer.
  Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
•To draft, review and revise all kinds of legal instruments in the course of company operation, including but not limited to leasing, marketing, and construction contracts, legal letters, etc.
•To attend negotiations and provide legal support where needed.
•To participate in court cases and represent the company together with our external legal advisors that we cooperate with
•To handle complaints and disputes independently/together with other departments.
•To provide consultations and legal advice to management and other departments.
•To handle other issues assigned by department head/management.
•To assist in managing and building skills of legal assistant.
  Key requirements for a candidate:
•Bachelor degree or above in law.
•Lawyer Qualification Certificate or Legal Professional Qualification Certificate.
•Proficiency in written and oral English is a must
•Experience with drafting English written legal documents.
•At least 3 years working experience in legal field,.
•Analytical and critical thinking as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Drive to succeed as well as high level of commitment and dedication.
